Shervin Pishevar Says that Silicon Valley is No Longer the Stronghold for Tech Innovations

New tech innovations are coming up as time advances, and Silicon Valley prides itself on being the center of highly advanced technological innovation and development. As a matter of fact, Shervin Pishevar is renowned as one of the major tech entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley. He has a significant contribution to the stage that the area has reached. Silicon Valley hosts a wide array of technology companies together with startups that indicate excellent growth potential.

Silicon Valley actually makes California one of the greatest economies in the United States. And looking towards the future of the American Economy, Shervin Pishevar could not fail to mention it. He writes with regard to venture capital and early-stage tech industry, and the direction it is headed.

In one of his tweets, Shervin Pishevar states that “A tectonic shift in has been brewing as Silicon Valley has lost some of its competitive edge against competing zones of innovation.” A lot of engineering skills are needed in these companies. Unfortunately, there aren’t adequate American-born engineers who attained their academic qualifications from US universities. This has led to America losing its competitive advantage to other zones.

Shervin Pishevar attempts to put across the point that America has to embrace innovators from other regions if it wants to maintain its competitive edge. He supports this point by tweeting “As I’ve said before Silicon Valley is it longer a physical place but an idea that’s gone viral. Entrepreneurship is a movement. Bordless.” This is a clear indication that other countries have the necessary skill to come up with tech innovations that will transform the globe.

One of the best ways for Silicon Valley, and America at large to keep shining in tech innovation and development is through embracing immigrants. Failure to do so will inhibit the needed growth. Pishevar went on ahead to tweet that, “But while we build walls physical and culture to keep out immigrant talent that talent doesn’t need to come here anymore.” It is high time America took the initiative to outsource and or tap talent from other countries.
